Based at Le Kremlin-Bicêtre in the south of Paris, the École Pour l’Informatique et les Techniques Avancées (EPITA) is a private French “Grande École” specialized in the field of computer science and software engineering. It was created in 1984 by Patrice Dumoucel, member since 1994 of the IONIS Education Group, accredited by the Commission des Titres d’Ingénieur (CTI) to deliver the French “Diplôme d’Ingénieur”. In 2013, EPITA became a member of the Union of the Independent Grandes Écoles. Thanks to its unique pedagogical approach, EPITA trains its future engineers with a solid base of scientific knowledge and the most advanced skills in the digital sector. It also welcomes a wide range of foreign students thanks to its international connections.
