The Royal Academy of Art, The Hague (KABK) is a renowned Dutch art and design academy. It was founded in 1682, making it the oldest art and design academy in the Netherlands and one of the oldest ones in the world. It has been the training ground for a number of significant artists of the Hague School. The academy is an important international player with its intensive, structured, and small-scale education, where students become artists and designers with unique visual abilities. KABK is ranked 107th among the best fashion schools in the world by the London College of Fashion. About 56% of its students are international and come from 60 nations around the globe.
