wearefreemovers GmbH provides matching and placement services to students and educational institutions. wearefreemovers GmbH acts as an intermediary only. Any educational contract is concluded between the student and the educational institution directly. wearefreemovers GmbH is not party to the educational contract between the student and the educational institution. Therefore, wearefreemovers GmbH is not liable for any guarantees, action or omission of the students and educational institutions. All warranty and liability of wearefreemovers GmbH is excluded to the extent permitted by the applicable law.
In case of any conflict between these provisions and the general terms below, these provisions prevail.
